Payment

We accept secure payment with all major credit cards and PayPal. We also have Afterpay available.

Exchange

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help, We offer Refund, Store Credit or exchange on all Full Price items.

No Exchange or Refund on Sale items 

To be eligible for a Refund, exchange or store credit, your item must;

• be received by us within 14 days of the date the goods were delivered to you.
• be unworn and in original condition
• have all original tags attached
• Be free from perfume smells and make up marks

Please contact sales@gigiandco.com.au with in 48hrs of receiving with your product the following details regarding your purchase:

• Name
• Return mailing address
• Desired action –  Refund, store credit/item for exchange including required size.

Processing Fee : All refunds will receive a $10AUD admin fee to cover postage cost and payment fees, 

Postage : Return postage is at the customers expense, postage is not refunded 

Store credit is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
